v1.4.0 BETA Update

1. Added compatibility to Windows, MacOS, and Linux devices for the downloadable version

2. The "how to play" or tutorial function has been added to the web version

3. Added Sounds:

• Hover over button sound
• Click on button sound
• Plug snap onto a socket sound
• Plug leaving a socket sound
• Finishing a level sound
• The settings sound slider also works to manipulate the sound volume

4. Fixed data storage issues on web and downloadable versions:

• Finished levels will now load the final finished state instead of repositioning every plug to its default positions

5. Changed "back to menu" and "back to level selector" icons to better reflect their actions
