the web version is really laggy

Fun and original puzzler. I enjoyed it, keep it up

Nice puzzle.

It's a really cool concept and puzzle game, as I especially enjoy these types of games. The only problem I see is that the game does take a bit to switch scenes so it could perform better, and sometimes the UI elements (which don't seem to be finished yet) cover the cables and I get softlocked. Either way it's a great game, keep working on it!

Thank you for the feedback!
To be fair, I think switching scenes is a lot faster on the downloadable version and I am currently working to streamline the process.

Hey! Really nice game and concept. Absolutely a few head scratching moments but overall really well paced and creative. I don't have any major critiques however, I would suggest that the instructions begin a little more purposefully and not make the player search for them. Once I found them however, they were very clear. Nice work. Want to see more

A few people have voiced the same concern about the tutorial and I'll definitely make it more easily accessible in later versions.
Thanks for the suggestions!

Super nice little game, and I would definately play it if more than 10 levels were produced. I made talk out loud video of playing your game.. but I had to focus so much playing, that I did not talk that much :D

One thing that I forgot to mention during my - What would I add/change about the game is that I would make a more clear visual representation of where the power outlets were and what you had to deal with. That they are randmoly scattered around the screen feel unclear and messy, and I would have prefered them to be in row at the bottom of the screen or something like that :)

Nice game, and looking forward to updates!

Once again, thank you so much for the feedback on the video!
Yes, I do think having the plugs spawn at the bottom would be much better, I just haven't gotten to reworking that part because it's a bit complicated.

It's a cool idea I would force the tutorial before the first level and even with the tutorial it was hard to understand you give a clear explanation for each level. But it's a cool idea, 7/10!

Thank you for the feedback!
I'll definitely make the tutorial better as time passes; the current only explains the basics, and I made it quickly as a concept.

What did you think was hard to understand? Since this is a puzzle game, it sometimes makes sense for certain parts of the game to be hard to understand. I just want to make sure I'm not overcorrecting with how much the tutorials explain!

Hi Lance from Polyspice here, You played Hopocalypse now and I thought I would would test some of your games, Fun game with a nice mechanic, All that I wanted to say had already been pointed out. The game reaches a nice point where its now ready to introduce a new mechanic into the game at the end. The last two levels were challenging.

The mechanic can really be built on. Generally just adding things to a game does not always make it more interesting or fun however perhaps I can spark something in you with my ideas as on how I would feature creep this;

-Points in the make that need to be ran over

-Different color cables, perhaps some that are able to overlap

-Plugs places on different positions and not all bundled together

-A way to skip levels

-A hint system

-A plug that powers items on the map etc

-There are some things you can do with different voltage outputs

Those are all excellent ideas, thank you so much!

For the hint system, I'm currently thinking of giving away the position of a random plug for each hint, based on the canon solution. If you have a different idea in mind, please let me know!

Good game, very fun and with an original mechanic. At first I thought it was too simple and wouldn't get more complicated, but I was wrong. The progression of difficulty in the levels is very good. I hope you continue updating it and adding many more levels.

I had the same thought as I was making the game, but I've designed a few levels that are actually quite challenging and using mechanics that aren't in the beta yet.
Thank you for the feedback!

Fun game, but make undo button. Also consider making mobile version.

Yes the undo button will definitely be added, but I'm reworking some core areas of the code so I haven't gotten to it yet.
I appreciate the feedback!

All 10 levels are quite fun as of the latest beta, can't wait for future updates

I'm glad you enjoyed the game! I'll be working on some aesthetics and animations for now, but I do already have many ideas for future levels!
